Full Event Staffing

Some events need more than one role filled — a wedding, a corporate function, a milestone party with a full sit-down dinner and an open bar. For those, we build a full team: servers, bartenders, bussing, and a grill chef if the menu calls for it, run by a floor captain who coordinates timing with your venue, your caterer, and any other vendors on-site (unless an event planner is booked).

The captain is your single point of contact for the day. Instead of managing five different staff members and hoping they're all on the same page, you have one person keeping the whole floor running on schedule — service timing, bar pacing, buffet resets, and the handoff to cleanup at the end of the night.

This is the package most of our wedding and larger corporate clients book, because it means nobody on your side has to manage staff on the day of your own event. We've been building these teams since 1997, and we know how to scale a crew to a room, whether that's forty guests in a backyard tent or two hundred in a hall.

A typical full-service team for a 100-guest seated wedding runs a captain, four to six servers (depending on disposable or real dishes), and one to two bartenders, plus a grill chef if the menu calls for it — but the right mix depends on your venue, your timeline, and whether service is plated or buffet. Tell us the date, the venue, the guest count, and roughly how the night runs, and we'll build the crew list and a flat quote, usually within one business day. We work alongside your caterer, planner, and venue coordinator rather than replacing them.
