Server For Hire collects only the information you provide directly through our quote request form or when you contact us — your name, phone number, email address, and event details — so we can respond to your inquiry and, if you book with us, coordinate your event.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your request, provide quotes, and deliver the staffing services you book. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging & mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to text messages from us, message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.

Data retention & security

We keep quote requests and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
